I once went to pick up some precious friends from the airport. We had been to visit them in London, and now it was their turn to tour good ol' southern Indiana. As we were driving home, I was tickled at how excited they were by things that I considered ordinary. Vast fields, cows sitting at fence lines, massive trees...all things I pass by every day and don't give a second thought to, but to them, they were beautiful. I wonder if that's how they felt when we came and fan-girled over Buckingham Palace.
Ever since then, I've been way more appreciative of the beauty that's around me. Saturday morning was a great reminder of that. Madison and Drew met me bright and early to giggle and walk around at The Farm on Old State Road. We took advantage of the vast fields, cows sitting at fence lines, and trees. All of these beautiful things were made that much more beautiful by adding these two in the frame!
Thanks, you guys, for being such great sports. The comfort you have around each other and in front of the camera makes me super excited to celebrate your wedding next year!
